Pineapple-Lemon Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) box lemon Jell-O
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    4 oz. pimento, chopped
    6 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2/3 c. chopped pecans
    1 small Cool Whip
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Drain pineapple.
    Heat pineapple juice.
    Add dry Jell-O. Remove from heat.
    When dissolved, add cream cheese and pineapple. Add remaining ingredients.
    Fold in Cool Whip.
    Chill.
