Stuffed Peppers 2 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef, cooked and drain off fat
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1 large onion, sliced and cooked
1 small can mushrooms
6 green peppers, precooked
1 can tomato soup (undiluted)
Preparation

Mix chopped meat with salt and pepper.
Add onion, mushrooms and soup.
Fill peppers and put in casserole with rest of mixture around peppers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
In place of tomato soup, tomato juice can be used.
Celery can be added if desired.
