Ritz Cracker Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
6 rounded Tbsp. peanut butter
21 Ritz crackers, crushed into powder
Preparation

Heat sugar and evaporated milk over low heat three minutes. Remove from heat.
Add vanilla, peanut butter and cracker crumbs. Pour into buttered 9-inch square pan.
Cool.
Cut into squares.
