Tangy Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground meat
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs or 14 small crackers, crushed
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. catsup
Preparation
    Combine all but catsup.
    Press into 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap.
    Microwave on High, 8 1/2 minutes. Spread catsup over top.
    Recover with plastic wrap and microwave 8 1/2 minutes.
    Conventional, 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
