Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9 inch) graham cracker crumb crust or baked pastry shell
    3 egg yolks
    1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk ((not evaporated milk)
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    yellow food coloring (optional)
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks.
    Stir in condensed milk, lemon juice and food coloring.
    Pour into prepared crust.
    Top with meringue and bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
