Zemakove Placky(Potato Pancakes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 or 3 medium size potatoes
salt to taste
2 Tbsp. milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp. baking powder
enough flour to make medium batter

This recipe was brought into Burleson County by the Czech-Moravian immigrants in the middle 1800's.
