Creamed Peas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. frozen peas, thawed
salt and pepper
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan.
Blend flour and milk.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Mix peas, salt and pepper and stir.
