Amaretto Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    3 eggs
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. Amaretto liqueur
    1 c. whipping cream
    1/4 c. sliced almonds
    sliced strawberries for garnish (optional)
    mint leaves for garnish
Preparation
    Toast almonds, spread out on a 9-inch square baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Shake pan occasionally.
