Steak With Herb Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. round or flank steak
4 c. soft finely crumbled enriched white bread
1 c. finely chopped celery
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1 beef bouillon cube
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except bouillon cube and mushrooms and put on steak.
Roll steak up and tie or skewer.
Put into pan.
Mix bouillon cube with water and pour over steak.
Cook about 2 hours at 325\u00b0.
Brown mushrooms in skillet and put over steak.
