Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
2 eggs
1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. pecans (optional)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix together strawberries, oil and eggs.
Sift dry ingredients into other mixture.
Add pecans (optional).
Stir, mixing all ingredients together.
Pour into a greased loaf pan.
Bake for 1 hour.
