Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen strawberries
3 c. flour
4 eggs
1 Tbsp. salt
1 1/4 c. oil
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking soda
1 1/4 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix strawberries, eggs and oil.
Beat well.
Sift dry ingredients and add to strawberries.
Bake in 3 bread loaf pans that have been greased and floured.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0. Test with a toothpick.
