Mom'S Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped celery
3/4 tsp. salt
3 c. diced, cooked chicken
1/2 tsp. powdered mustard
1/4 tsp. onion powder
dash of black pepper
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
2 tsp. lemon juice
chopped cucumber
pickle to taste
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine chicken, celery, salt, mustard powder, onion powder and black pepper.
Gently stir in mayonnaise and lemon juice, also pickle and eggs.
Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
Makes about 4 cups.
