Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 pkg. bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
    1 onion, chopped
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
    8 c. beef stock
Preparation
    Brown bacon and onion in pot; drain.
    Add stock; bring to a boil.
    Add mushrooms; cook until tender.
