Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. rolled oats
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. oil
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 c. blueberries
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease 12 muffin cups.
    In large bowl, combine oats and orange juice; stir well.
    Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
    Add flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder, salt, soda, oil and egg; mix well.
    Stir in blueberries. Spoon into prepared muffin cups, filling 2/3 full.
    Blend 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over batter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 18 to 22 minutes.
    Serve warm.
    Makes 12 muffins.
