Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. flour
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 large Cool Whip
2 small pkg. instant butterscotch pudding mix
3 c. milk
Preparation

Mix and pack the first 3 ingredients as crust in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake crust 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool completely.
Whip cream cheese, Cool Whip and powdered sugar until creamy.
Put this second mixture on top of crust.
Beat pudding and milk together and spoon on top.
Refrigerate.
Cut in squares.
