Cocktail Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
2 c. water
1/4 c. white vinegar
5 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
Preparation

In medium bowl, combine ground beef, egg, bread crumbs and onion soup mix. Mix thoroughly and shape into small/medium meatballs. In large skillet over medium heat, gently brown the meatballs and set aside. In large saucepan, combine brown sugar, flour, water, vinegar, chili sauce and soy sauce. Mix thoroughly. Add meatballs and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes.
