Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 c. grated cheese (Parmesan or Romano)
    2 eggs
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    some pepper
Preparation
    Roll and shape into balls.
    Broil on cookie sheet.
    Drain fat and add to sauce.
