Sesame Pita Triangles - cooking recipe

3 (6-inch) whole wheat pita bread rounds
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
3/4 tsp. water
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. sesame seed
Preparation

Separate each pita bread crosswise into rounds, cut each round into 8 wedges. Place wedges cut side down on ungreased baking sheets. Combine soy sauce, oil, water and garlic powder; brush mixture evenly over wedges.
Sprinkle evenly with sesame seed. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Let cool on wire racks.
Store in airtight container.
Substitute tortillas for pita bread.
