Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    8 oz. extra sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation
    Let all cheese come to room temperature and mix well in small bowl.
    Add other ingredients.
    Let chill slightly and roll in a ball or in logs and roll in chopped nuts or parsley.
    (A little chopped parsley may be added to cheese ball, if desired.)
    Serve with crackers, especially good with Triscuits.
