Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. light cream
Preparation

To prepare pumpkin:
Peel and deseed pumpkin; cut into pieces and boil until soft.
Drain.
Mash pumpkin.
Preheat oven to 450\u00b0. In mixing bowl, mix all ingredients; stir.
Put mixture into 9-inch pie shell.
Bake for 10 minutes at 450\u00b0, then reduce the heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 30 minutes (or until firm).
