Italian Meatball Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. parsley
minced onion
Oregano to taste
Salt & pepper to taste
1 qt. chicken broth
1 pkg. spinach
1 c. tortellini
Preparation
-
Shape first six ingredients into meatballs.
Fry and drain. Add cooked meatballs to chicken broth along with spinach.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Add cooked tortellini.
