Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced, pared potatoes
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 pkg. grated cheese
Preparation
    Place half of potatoes in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Top with half of onion.
    Repeat layers.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Blend soup and milk; pour over potatoes.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove cover and bake 30 minutes longer. Sprinkle cheese on and bake for the last 5 minutes.
