Ingredients
    1 pkg. jello instant pudding French vanilla
    2 c. cold milk
    1 c. thawed Cool Whip
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
    1 small peach/nectarine, cut into small pieces
    1 pound cake, cut in slices
    2 c. summer fruit
Preparation
    Prepare pudding mix with milk as directed on package.
    Let stand 5 minutes or until slightly thickened.
    Fold in whipped topping, orange rind and peaches.
    Arrange pound cake slices on serving plate.
    Spoon pudding mixture evenly over center of cake slices.
    Arrange fruit in pudding mixture.
    Chill until ready to serve.
