Ingredients

1/2 stick oleo
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 medium carton Cool Whip
1 large or 2 small boxes vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
12 oz. Oreo cookies
Preparation

Crush cookies; put 3/4 of them in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cream together the oleo and cheese.
Mix in powdered sugar and Cool Whip; set aside.
Mix up pudding with 3 cups milk instead of 4. Mix this with first mixture.
Pour over cookie crumbs, then put the rest of crumbs on top.
Set in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
