Green Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 onion, chopped
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small can green chillies, chopped
    1 doz. corn tortillas, quartered
    1 1/2 to 2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Saute meat and onion until tender; drain off fat.
    Add evaporated milk, green chillies, enchilada sauce and soups; mix well.
