Seafood Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. tuna
    1 lb. scallops*
    1/2 lb. shrimp*
    1/4 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 Tbsp. white pepper
    2 c. Salsa (recipe that follows)
    cilantro or parsley sprigs for garnish
Preparation
    *Two and one-half pounds all shrimp can be used in lieu of part tuna and scallops.
