Quick Pear Sundaes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 scoops vanilla ice cream
3 Bartlett pears, peeled, halved and cored or 6 canned pear halves, drained
3/4 c. commercial caramel or butterscotch sauce
1/4 c. slivered almonds, toasted
Preparation

Place a scoop of ice cream in each pear cavity; top with caramel sauce.
Sprinkle with almonds.
