Navy Sos Recipe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 to 1 chopped onion
    1/4 c. flour
    1 (15 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    dash of nutmeg or mace (if desired)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook beef with onions in own fat until beef loses its color. Drain off excess fat. Add tomatoes, mace or nutmeg, salt and pepper. Stir well. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Enjoy!
