Top Round With Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    top round steak, in serving size pieces
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano leaves
    1/4 lb. sliced mushrooms
    2 green onions, sliced
Preparation
    Place steaks in shallow baking dish.
    Combine oil, onion, vinegar, salt and oregano.
    Pour over steak.
    Cover and refrigerate several hours, turning meat occasionally.
    Melt a little butter or margarine in a skillet.
    Add mushrooms and saute.
    Remove steak from marinade.
    Place on broiler pan and cook about 4 minutes per side, basting with marinade.
