Smoky Salmon Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 3/4 oz.) can salmon
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. grated onion
    2 tsp. horseradish
    1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon. Combine all ingredients with cream cheese; blend well. Shape in ball or log; put on paper.
    Wrap and chill for several hours. Combine nuts and parsley; roll salmon ball in this. May be frozen for future use.
