Taco Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground meat, browned and drained
1 large onion, chopped and sauteed with beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 pkg. original Hidden Valley ranch dressing mix
3 cans stewed tomatoes
2 cans pinto beans with liquid
1 can hominy with liquid
Cheddar cheese, shredded (optional)
Monterey Jack cheese, shredded (optional)
Preparation

To meat and onions, add taco seasoning, dressing mix, stewed tomatoes, beans and hominy.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Serve with shredded cheeses on top, if desired.
