Texas Caviar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz. can black-eyed peas
    14 oz. can black beans
    15 oz. can white corn or hominy
    2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
    4 green onions, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 medium pepper (any color), chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. fresh parsley, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
    1 (or more to taste) jalapeno pepper, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
    Drain before serving.
    Serve with blue/yellow chips (or use as garnish for grilled chicken).
