Scalloped Oysters Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. can oyster pieces
    1 c. coarsely broken cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 can creamed corn
    1 c. milk
    1 slightly beaten egg
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
Preparation
    Mix well and pour into greased casserole.
    Sprinkle on top 2 tablespoons melted margarine and 1/2 cup crackers (11).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 6.
