Strawberry Pie(Makes 2 Pies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 qt. strawberries
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 strawberry jello (small)
2 pie shells (regular or graham cracker), baked
Cool Whip

Preparation

Cover strawberries with 1/2 cup powdered sugar. Cook until thick the sugar, water and cornstarch. Remove from heat. Add strawberry jello. Mix well. Cool. Pour over strawberries. Then pour into pie shell. Refrigerate. Serve with Cool Whip.
