Chili And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can chili (with beans)
    1 can Spanish rice
    1 pkg. muffin mix (corn bread)
    4 oz. shredded cheese (sharp Cheddar)
    1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Spread chili
    on
    bottom
    of
    an 8-inch casserole dish. Spoon rice on
    top
    of chili. Blend muffin mix, cheese, pepper and milk. Layer over
    rice. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until brown.
