Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 to 4 green onions, sliced thin (tops included)
1/2 lb. imitation crab, flaked
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

In a medium bowl, combine eggs, bread crumbs, lemon juice, onions and mustard.
Fold in crab.
Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
