Dipped Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
    2 sleeves butter flavored crackers (Club)
    2 (6 oz.) pkg. white semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
    2 Tbsp. butter flavor Crisco
Preparation
    Spread peanut butter on half of the crackers.
    Top with other half to form sandwich.
    Refrigerate until chocolate is ready. Melt chocolate chips and shortening over warm water.
    Stir until smooth.
    Dip sandwiches and place on waxed paper.
    Refrigerate again until chocolate has hardened.
    Yield:
    3 dozen.
