Beef Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box beef Rice-A-Roni
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 beaten egg
    2 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine rice-vermicelli with ground beef and beaten egg. Shape into small meatballs (about 20).
    Brown on all sides in skillet.
    Combine contents of flavor packet with water.
    Pour over meatballs.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
    Thicken gravy if desired.
