Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. stew meat
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 c. sliced carrots
2 onions, chopped
1 can cream of celery soup
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 c. diced potatoes
1/2 c. water

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a 2 1/2-quart casserole that has a tight lid.
Put lid on and cook in a 275\u00b0 oven for 5 hours. Serves 6.
