Irish Cream Liqueur - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Irish whiskey
    1 14-oz. can Sweetened Condensed Milk
    4 eggs
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. coconut extract
    2 Tbsp. chocolate extract
    1 Tbsp. powdered, instant Espresso, or other powdered (not granular) instant coffee
Preparation
    In a blender, at low speed,
    combine whiskey, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, vanilla, coconut and chocolate extracts, and powdered instant Espresso or coffee, until thoroughly mixed. Transfer to a bottle with a tight cover. Refrigerate overnight, or longer.
    Shake well before using.
    Serve cold.
    Yields about 3 c.
