Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. milk
    2 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green bell pepper or 3 jalapeno peppers (optional)
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix corn meal, milk, eggs, corn, cheese, oil, chopped onion and chopped peppers in a large mixing bowl.
    Mix well.
    Put a small amount of oil in a large skillet and then pour mixture into the skillet and cook in oven on 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
