1 c. cooked, mashed pumpkin
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
1 chilled graham cracker pie crust
Preparation

Mix pumpkin, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice and salt. Stir in softened ice cream. Pour mixture into graham cracker pie crust. Cover and put into freezer. Top with whipped cream and pecans, if desired.
