Ingredients

2 cloves crushed garlic
1/4 c. olive oil
8 oz. thinly sliced chicken
2 c. broccoli flowerets
3/4 c. oil packed sun-dried tomatoes
1 tsp. dried basil
pinch of red pepper flakes
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. dry white wine
3/4 c. chicken broth
1 Tbsp. butter
8 oz. bow tie pasta
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Saute garlic and chicken in olive oil.
Add broccoli, tomatoes, seasonings, butter, wine and chicken broth.
Cover and simmer until broccoli is cooked (10 to 15 minutes).
Add cooked bow ties; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Serves 2.
