Symphony Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 5 lb. chicken pieces
    salt and pepper
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 onion, diced
    1 green pepper
    2 tomatoes, diced
    1 pt. sour cream
    paprika
    sliced mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Saute onion, green pepper and mushrooms in butter about 15 minutes.
    Add tomatoes and simmer 5 minutes. Add paprika until deep red.
    Lay chicken on top and cover.
    Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour on medium heat.
    Remove chicken and add sour cream.
    Pour over chicken. Garnish with parsley and serve with rice.
