Holiday Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 lb. lean pork, cubed
    1/2 lb. frozen raw shrimp, shelled, deveined and chopped
    4 c. bean sprouts
    2 c. chopped celery
    8 green onions, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 pkg. egg roll skins
    1 egg, beaten
    oil (for frying)
Preparation
    Heat vegetable oil.
    Cook pork until it loses color.
    Add shrimp.
    Cook for 1 minute.
    Add vegetables and salt.
    Cook for 2 minutes, stirring often.
    Sprinkle with cornstarch; mix well. Stir in soy sauce.
    Turn into colander; cool completely.
