Ham-Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 large mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (6 3/4 oz.) can Hormel chunk ham, flaked
    2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. diced pimento
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms.
    Finely chop mushrooms and onion. Saute in butter until tender but not browned.
    Add ham, bread crumbs and pimento. Stir until combined.
    Place mushroom mixture in baking dish. Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
