Rave Review Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 small instant vanilla pudding
    1 1/3 c. water
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. oil
    2 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Blend cake mix, pudding, eggs, oil and water in a large mixing bowl.
    Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.
    Stir in coconut and nuts.
    Pour into 3 greased and floured 9-inch cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Cool in pans 15 minutes.
    Remove and cool on racks.
    Frost with Coconut Cream Cheese Frosting.
