Fresh Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. strawberry gelatin
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
fresh strawberries
pie shell
Cool Whip
Preparation

Combine the gelatin, cornstarch and sugar.
Add boiling water. Mix, return to heat and bring to boil; set aside to cool.
When cool, pour over freshly capped strawberries which have been placed in a baked pie shell.
Chill until well set.
Top with whipped cream.
