Pudding Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. strawberries, cleaned, stemmed and halved
    1 (16 oz.) pineapple chunks (reserve the juice)
    2 kiwi, peeled and cut in slices or chunks
    1 apple, cut in chunks
    2 to 3 bananas, sliced
    1 (4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
Preparation
    Prepare fruit and combine in large bowl.
    In separate bowl, whisk dry pudding mix with 3/4 cup reserved pineapple juice or orange juice.
    Add this sauce to fruit and gently toss to coat. It may seem a little thick but will thin while standing.
    Serve or refrigerate until chilled.
