Plum Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
5 large plums, pitted and quartered
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, melted
Preparation

Sprinkle brown sugar over bottom of 10-inch pie plate. Arrange plums over sugar in baking dish.
Stir together flour, granulated sugar and cinnamon in medium size bowl.
Stir in egg until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over plums.
Pour melted butter over top.
Place dish on aluminum foil lined baking sheet. Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbly. Serve warm or at room temperature.
